James Thomas started All EDI in 2007 with the realization that the complexity of web design and internet marketing could be made easier and obtainable by any size business. By approaching every customer with the same high level of passion and investment James has been able to create a loyal and strong customer base that continually grows All EDI.

Brief Service Summary

HOsting

Websites are “Hosted” from hard drives connected to the internet and we call these servers. We use server farms that are shared facilities by many companies.

Websites

Websites are hosted from our servers and we provide a complete solution to our customers. Their is no website that we can not build. 

marketing

Online marketing and websites are one in the same. Because of this we also manage the online marketing of our customers. 

We provide a unique online strategy to each customer. We are not the hosting company that says “Here are the tools, good luck”. 

It is not the responsibility of the customer to know proper online techniques and best practices. We ask that they focus on the industry that made them successful and we will manage their online presence to the best possible return.

The Account Manager position is the entry level position with All EDI. 

Paychecks are distributed the 1st and 15th of every month. Commission will be on the most immediate check from when the customer made their payment for the commissioned product or service.

Process for Advancement and Expectations

The next position up from Account Manager is Business Developer. This position comes with a hourly salary and commission. 

Account manager is an entry level position

This position at minimum will last for 90 days. At that time your performance will be evaluated and determined if you will be moved to the position of Business Developer. This is determined by your ability to facilitate customer needs and bring new business to All EDI. 

Expectations

As mentioned at the beginning of training the initial expectations of an Account Manager are still – Be Attentive – Ask Questions – Show Us You Want To Succeed. 

F.A.Q - Do I have specific hours I need to work?

Because the Account Manager Position is paid out by the value brought by you that is why there are no hourly requirements. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: You will only get out of this position what you put into it. Even though their is no hourly requirements if you treat it as a hobby and can not work normal Mon – Fri working hours you will only make hobby pay and never advance, treat it as a career and your pay will reflect that choice. Once advanced to the position of Business Developer you will have hourly requirements that come hourly pay. The normal business hours of All EDI are 9am-4pm , please keep this in mind when scheduling meetings with business developers and when calling customers.    

We expect you to treat your customers and fellow team members with respect and courtesy. 

Each day Team Leads will be available at  11 am on discord. Without offices during COVID this morning meeting is the only time we can guarantee a time to touch base as a group and can easily ask for assistance or help others where needed. 

Weekly tasks that must be completed to succeed

Account Managers are the first point of contact with customers and will be crucial to the success of the company and your individual success.

Each week you will be responsible for the following in order to be a team member of All EDI. Since we all work remotely you will be responsible to keep yourself motivated and complete the weekly tasks below. The below tasks are baseline activities to create success for yourself within the field doing any less will diminish your reach and result in customers leaving. The pay you receive is a direct result of the value brought from the below actions. If these actions are not complete we are unable to collect that value and pass it on to you.

Calls
You will be required to speak to your customers once a month at minimum.
These calls will be introducing new services and continuing the customer along the way of online success.

Two days a week you will be required to research online 3 new customers that are using a competitor’s services that we can reach out to.
We want to meet and collect this leads internal online contact info and share promotional material. This is for you to get new customers.

You will have a direct extension that customers can call , these calls must be answered. All extensions will be forwarded to your phone of choice during business hours.

Emails and Newsletter

You will be responsible to contact each of your customers and prospective customers through email once every week, this can be done through a newsletter that you can send out to your customers. This customer email list will be very important to your future success.
You will need to respond to all direct customers’ emails asap.

Reach

Part of your continued success is your new customer reach. Beyond the competitor list that you’re creating above you will also need to reach prospective customers in other ways.
Alternate ways to reach out to customers …
Social Media , like Facebook , Twitter , Instagram , YouTube, etc etc …
Outside Networking , community business organizations , networking groups
A simple post speaking to your provided services will suffice but the more you do here will be the fastest way to increase pay through finding new customers. This is your profession and you will be an influencer to others regarding your online services.
